

Harford County, MD — Homeownership is within reach for many local residents with the 2026 Harford County Housing Fair & First-Time Homebuyers Workshop set for Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the EPICENTER at Edgewood, located at 1918 Pulaski Highway, Edgewood, MD 21040.
This free community event is designed for current and aspiring homeowners to get informed, ask questions, and connect with housing professionals in one place. Attendees will find more than 30 vendors offering resources on financing, down payment and closing cost assistance programs, and the ins and outs of buying a home in today’s market. The event includes a HUD-approved First-Time Homebuyers Workshop, where participants can learn essential steps in the homebuying process.
A complimentary breakfast and door prizes will be available for workshop attendees.
