To reduce homelessness in Harford County by providing transitional and permanent housing for families and chronically homeless adults helping them achieve permanent housing, develop life skills, overcome barriers, and move toward self‑sufficiency. We serve those facing domestic abuse, addiction, mental health challenges, or economic hardship.
