Grace Place is a Feeding Center in Havre de Grace that supports all who come to us for family and individual support by offering food, cleaning supplies (when available), and baby needs (when available). Bimonthly, a nurse from Upper Chesapeake is available for questions/blood pressure check/flu shot (in season)
